Eric S. Borjeson, Esquire

Eric S. Borjeson has practiced Workers’ Compensation Law in Philadelphia and the surrounding Pennsylvania counties since obtaining his Juris Doctor degree from the Law School of Villanova University in 1990.

Mr. Borjeson was born in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. He attended school in the Tredyffrin Easttown District. Upon graduation from high school, he became a political science major, history minor at Gettysburg College, graduating in 1986. In addition to scholastic activities, Mr. Borjeson played football, wrestled, threw the javelin, and participated in graduate level rugby.

Robert P. Maizel, Esquire

Robert P. Maizel is an experienced attorney who represents the victims of accidents in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Maizel graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in communication and journalism and received his J.D. from Widener University. He also has completed post-graduate work in biology, chemistry, and physics at Arcadia University.

Mr. Maizel has successfully litigated cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has secured multi-million dollar verdicts and high six-figure settlements for his clients.

Robert Maizel was born in Haverford, Pennsylvania and grew up in Florida and Philadelphia. He is an avid racing bicyclist and tri-athlete and is a member of the Tri-State Velo and the Le Equip Deville cycling teams.

Robert Maizel is a trial lawyer who has been named a 2007 Super Lawyer, Rising Star. This distinction is extremely prestigious because it is Robert’s achievements in the Courtroom for his clients that earned him this award. Richard W. Rosenblitt, Esquire

For many years, Mr. Rosenblitt has represented injured workers in Pennsylvania workers’ compensation cases at the trial and appellate levels, including arguing cases before Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court and Commonwealth Court.

Mr. Rosenblitt not only has impressive legal skills and experience, but he is an effective lawyer because his medical and occupational safety and health expertise. Mr. Rosenblitt is a licensed health professional and represented the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA) in civil enforcement trials where employers challenged citations for violating federal safety and health law.

Mr. Rosenblitt is also a prolific legal writer having written hundreds of briefs filed with Workers’ Compensation Judges, the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, and Pennsylvania appellate courts. He also has a regular column in the quarterly Workers’ Compensation newsletter of Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer’s Association (PaTLA) in which he reviews recent and noteworthy appellate court decisions in Worker’s Compensation cases.
