A claim of Harassment or Hostile Work Environment is permissible under Title VII, PaHRA (Pennsylvania Human Relations Act), ADEA  (Age Discrimination In Employment Act), and the ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act).
An employee may have a claim for Hostile Work Environment or Harassment if their conditions or terms of employment are altered because of:

• Sexual Orientation
• Pregnancy Status
• Gender.
